Loving My New Place

I'm really disappointed with myself that I didn't apply sooner. When we first seen the Townhomes, I was unsure about moving here. My grand daughter had fell in love, When she seen the pool she was sold. I love my new place. One of most important thing I fell in love with was the staff. I did a Maintenance request and they was their the next day, The Property manager(Raily} is GREAT!!!! when I first met him to do my walk through he made me feel real comfortable and assured if their ever a problem, or i needed anything to call. Every issue I had, he was their to take care of it, I just love the way he give support and I love the way he run the place. My family will be moving to Orland soon and I will recommend they move here. We can sleep knowing that someone is making sure we are all safe,

Home sweet Home

What a transformation! I have been a resident for 3 years and would like to thank property manager Ali and the entire team for an amazing job with the community. You all have really made this place home for me and my family. You have put in so much effort, dedication and hard work to make sure our community is safe and beautiful to say the least. This truly is the perfect place with spacious floorplans, gorgeous grounds, engaging community events, and staff that cares for the residents. I am so happy to be apart of the Village Townhome family To Anyone looking for a great place to raise your family, peaceful neighborhood, with a trusting staff that shows appreciation and respect, this place is at the top of the list. A + Place to Call Home

I just want to write a review about Village Town Homes for appreciation. The management team is by far amazing! There are always events to show us appreciation. So the staff truly deserves it. I never have to wait for any issue they are always on top of maintenance calls, even when you don’t expect it. I am very Happy Living here! Its a nice place

I’ve never physically lived in this complex before but due to the times that I been there I always see friendly maintenance team and a great environment to walk around outside with friends.

Maintenance Services

I have lived here for sometime. In all of my maintenance requests, maintenance staff responds quickly and is very knowledgeable about every issue. The maintenance staff go above and beyond to ensure the problem is resolved and the residents are happy.

Its so Hard to say goodbye

I moved in 7 months pregnant in Feb 2017, since the beginning the property manager Ale, was so kind and made sure my move in was easy and smooth, i barely had any issues if I did it was worked on ASAP!, the neighborhood was awesome, my kids loves the park, we enjoy the pool it was always clean, i really will miss this place and will definitely recommend this property.

Great place to live

This goes out to Ali and village townhome team..this place had come a long way from when I first move in here and that's due to ali and her work crew things have improved when it comes to amenities and land escaping this property has come up...ali gets the job done shes a great property manager

Friendly Environment

Security at Village Townhomes

Village Townhomes is a great place to live. It is conveniently located, spacious, and is very friendly. The security at Village Townhomes is great. The security responds quickly to any issue and resolves any issue in a professional way. The security offers a peace of mind for all residents. Frank is amazing

Wonderful Staff

I wanted to thank you guys so much for always making sure that everything gets done on time and for always following up making sure nothing else is needed. I have always loved living at Village townhomes but I have to honestly say that now more than ever I feel that this is home. Thank you Digna, for everything and for being one of the best Manager since I have lived there. Johnny and Sammy thank you for always being one step ahead you guys ROCK!!!!

Love the new guy

There's a new groundsman at Scenic Lake Drive, Orlando, FL. Our community has improved greatly since his arrival...he pays attention to details, no blinders and knows his profession well. Village Townhomes

Great place to live, very quiet with awesome scenery! Spacious townhomes with great lighting. I recently moved in and the property manager (Shearon) was great, she really goes the extra mile for her residents and is always just a phone call away, I really like it here so far.
